About this space

The Mosaic Room is a private event space in Hotel Victoria defined by its high ceiling and classical architectural detailing.

Design: The interior presents pale plaster walls and decorative cornices paired with large contemporary paintings. The floor has a speckled terrazzo finish and the room's tall proportions create a formal, gallery-like feel.

Features: The room includes an installed projection screen and a PA system with speakers. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are provided, and organisers may supply their own DJ or music subject to the venue's noise restrictions. Step‑free access, a wheelchair‑accessible layout and accessible toilets are provided.

Ideal for: Small corporate or community groups seeking a formal, seated meeting or a private sit-down meal in a quiet, enclosed space.

What sets it apart: The room's circular recessed ceiling contains a central chandelier and concealed uplighting that mark the space.

What guests say: The Mosaic Room reflects the hotel's vintage period detailing and sits in a quiet, well‑insulated part of the building. The space benefits from attentive on‑site staff.
