Celebrate your staff, family, or friends at Rorschach Brewing! Holiday party bookings can be booked any time in the winter, with the best rates in the January-February months. We offer packages that are flexible towards your budget, where we agree on a minimum spend depending on your chosen date. Everything is included in the minimum spend, including staffing, glassware, rental booking, and your choice of food and beverage.

Casual Holiday Party

C$35 per person

Our casual holiday party packages are best for a mix and mingle event. This package includes two drink tickets per person and a charcuterie spread for your party. We offer both semi-private spaces (18-30 people) and full building bookings (40-100 people) for your party. Bookings are subject to a minimum spend agreement which vary depending on which day of the week and time of your gathering.

Cocktail Casual Party

C$50 per person

Our cocktail party package is best for holiday parties that prefer more than a light snack. This package includes two drink tickets per person and a selection of three different appetizers. We offer both semi-private spaces (18-30 people) and full building bookings (40-100) for your party. Bookings are subject to a minimum spend agreement, which varies depending on day of the week and time of your gathering.

Full Holiday Celebration

C$125 per person

Treat your staff or family to a wonderful holiday party at our comfortable and unique brewery. This package includes a bottomless open bar for your guests, as well as formal dining with two appetizers, two mains, and two sides. This is perfect for formal holiday parties, or corporate events with structured timelines. We offer both semi-private spaces (18-30 people) and full building bookings (40-100) for your party. Bookings are subject to a minimum spend agreement, which varies depending on day of the week and time of your gathering.

Corporate Holiday Staff Party

C$75 per person

This option is perfect for celebrating your staff during the holiday season, offering space to mix and mingle with drinks and light snacks. This option offers a bottomless open bar option and a charcuterie spread for your staff to snack on throughout the night. We offer both semi-private spaces (18-30 people) and full building bookings (40-100) for your party. Bookings are subject to a minimum spend agreement, which varies depending on day of the week and time of your gathering.

Mix & Match Package

C$500 minimum spend

Rorschach offers flexible options to cater to your perfect holiday celebration. We offer a variety of drink options such as a cash bar (guests pay for their own drinks), drink tickets ($10 per person), and open bar ($60+ per person). Similarly, we offer in-house catering. Food options range from charcuterie boards to snack on ($15 per person), to appetizer options ($30 per person), and full dining options with heartier mains ($65 per person). We offer both semi-private spaces (18-30 people) and full building bookings (40-100) for your party. Bookings are subject to a minimum spend agreement, which varies depending on day of the week and time of your gathering. Formal Open Bar Wedding Package

The formal wedding package includes our mid-tier open bar package including beer, wine, cider, non-alcoholic drinks, and basic bar rail. The formal food package includes two mains, two appetizers, and two sides/salad choice. This package combination is commonly used for larger weddings.

Casual Wedding Package

C$70 per person

The casual wedding package includes 2 drink tickets per guest, and our casual dining package which offers one sandwich per person, two appetizers, and one salad. This is perfect for a more relaxed wedding.

Engagement Package

C$35 per person

This package includes our charcuterie food option and 2 drink tickets per guest. This is perfect for engagement announcement or parties. Many like to add on a champagne toast to this package for additional costs.
