We prioritize rentals that are multiple days, weeks and months. The max rental time is 3 months at a time. We offer significant discounts for longer rentals. The longer the rental the greater the discount. We do not offer prices below one day rentals.

DAY RENTAL RATES ARE FROM 9am-10pm. All rentals that go past 10pm are charged at an hourly rate of $200. There are no half day rentals offered or reduced rates offered for rentals under one day. All rentals that go past 10pm are charged the day rental rate+overtime regardless of start time.

There is a $120 cleaning fee added to all rentals, which includes all painting and patching of walls and all garbage and recycling disposal.

$500 damage deposit is taken on all rentals which will be returned in full at the completion of rental as long as no damage or overtime is incurred.

A clean blank canvas storefront with large open main room, two adjoining rooms and private rear courtyard. Front door access onto Dundas Street West, just steps away from Roncesvalles. Ideal for pop up shops, art exhibitions, product launches, special events, performances, photo and film shoots, and movement classes.

Bright, open space that was the perfect template for a pop-up art gallery. Backyard space was a very nice addition. Owners were easy to communicate with and very helpful. Would rent again and recommend to other TagVenue users.
