About this space
This vibrant and versatile restaurant in th Kensington Market blends a tropical ambiance with modern decor. Accommodating 40+ guests, the interior features lush greenery, elegant lighting, a cozy fireplace, and a large 55-inch TV. The party-ready vibe is enhanced with colourful LED lights, a professional sound system (including karaoke), and a fully stocked and staffed bar. The rental includes setup, clean-up, and an optional use of the charming outdoor patio (to fit an additional 30 guests!) for amazing experience. Perfect for private gatherings, celebrations, or corporate events.
Patio optionally included after 9:30pm for an extra $25 per hour.
We offer catering and drink options. Ask us!
Key house rules: no outside alcohol allowed; Friday/Saturday evenings are 19+, external catering not allowed, but you are welcome to bring your own dessert or birthday cake

We loved the space and the overall ambience. The responsiveness of staff was incredible. The food was great. And the staff were just so accommodating to helping us tailor our party the way we wished.
Nothing. I know they were a bit understaffed the night we had our event but they worked super hard and made it work

I hosted my 30th Birthday at Taco Taco and it was an absolute blast! I had never been to their venue before, so I was taking a chance, but I’m soo glad it all worked out great. The owner allowed us to come half an hour before our start time to decorate and setup. All the staff Luan, Cos, and Marissa were very friendly that we interacted with. The drinks were yummy, our guests loved the food, especially the tacos. I had 40 guests and it was the perfect amount of space for them. We were given the patio space as well so that was a nice change of scenery and option for some seating. I appreciated the ring light and perfect photo walls that we decorated ourselves. They allowed me to bring my own cake and put it in the fridge until I wanted it out on display. I had my own DJ but they provided speakers, a table for him and party lights. So, we danced the night away! They even gave me a little gift to go home with as the Birthday gift, which I appreciated. Taco Taco made my 30th Birthday very memorable and special and it was everything I wished it would be!
The only hiccup happened during payment at the end of the night There was a little confusion with the owner letting us know which email to e-transfer to, so at first they didn’t receive it, but we quickly got it sorted the same night.

We honestly had a perfect experience throwing a birthday party at this venue! The staff were excellent - so friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great too. The space was perfect for our needs and the layout is customizable. And the way it’s decorated means you don’t need any additional decorations. It was a great vibe all around :) Highly recommend for all types of gatherings! It’s such a good value for your money.
