Studio Time
The studios are only rented on the hour and by the hour. Half hour rentals are not available.
The last hour booked is for 55 minutes to ensure the next booking can start on the hour.
The hourly fee of the room will be charged if the renter goes 10 minutes over the time booked.
During covid protocols, rental times vary due to cleaning and sanitization procedures.
Rental Fees
All fees must be paid in full upon booking. Bookings will not be reserved without full payment.
Refund Policy
Refunds may only be requested more than one week prior to your booking. All refunds are subject to a $25+hst Admin Fee. Booking less than a week from the date of rental is final sale.
Equipment
All studios come equipped with a sound system, AUX cable, wall to wall mirrors, and dance floors.
City Dance Corps DOES NOT provide equipment for your room rental. Tables, ballet barres and chairs are available for an additional cost and subject to availability.
City Dance Corps DOES NOT provide internet, Wi-Fi, telephone, fax, or photocopy services for renters or signage for your participants.
Damages and Clean Up
Renters will be held liable for any and all damages to the premises caused by the renter or any person present in the studio as a result of the rental of the studio by the Renter.
City Dance Corps reserves the right to request a security deposit of $250.00. Such security deposit will be returned to the Renter upon CDC confirming that there is no damage to the studio caused by the renter or any person present in the studio as a result of the rental of the studio by the Renter.
Renters are responsible for restoring the space back to its original condition, prior to rental. This includes the removal of garbage and personal belongings. If anything belonging to the renter is left behind, there will be a charge for use of the space.
A $25.00 clean-up fee will apply to those that do not abide by this policy.

Located in the 1911 Hamilton Gear building featuring exposed brick, hardwood floors, and soaring ceilings, our studios are perfect for private events, rehearsals, auditions, casting, photo or film shoots.
Past clients include Drake, Katy Perry, Nelly Furtado, Adam Lambert, Cirque du Soleil and many more.
Our convenient downtown location in Toronto’s Fashion and Theatre Districts makes us easily accessible by public transit while also offering plenty of street parking.
