About this space
Mint Room Studios brings together several individually designed spaces, each offering a different setting for photography and creative work.
The Ballroom features bright white interiors, herringbone floors, large windows and a fireplace, while the Conservatory pairs natural light with a cyclorama wall and neutral furnishings. The Kitchen offers a fully functioning setup with marble finishes, a large island and premium appliances, and the Library has darker tones, chevron flooring, a fireplace and a 9-foot bookcase.
The Lounge includes Moroccan-style arches, textured walls and rattan furniture, while the Salon features a vintage sofa, fireplace and limewashed walls. The Sanctuary provides a more minimal setup with a curved podium, the Nest combines cream tones with gold accents and fabric-wrapped walls, and the White Loft offers tall ceilings, arched details, herringbone floors and large windows.
More than just a place to create, Mint Room Studios also serves as a hub for collaboration, photoshoots, events and workshops

• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• Please help us keep our light carpets looking clean and fresh by wearing indoor shoes.
• Our reception staff will visit the studio room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking time to ensure that the room is left in its original condition.
• If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them.
• Please do not bring candles into the studio, unless they have glass coverings.
• Please do not use any dyes in the Sanctuary bathtub. Should there be, any stains found after your booking a $50-100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
• Floors/furniture need to be covered if you are doing a cake smash at the studio.
• No open flame, dry ice, sparkers or smoke machines are allowed at the studio.
• Please book an additional hour if you are bringing confetti, fake snow, or feathers into the studio space so that our team has sufficient time to vacuum the floors before the next booking.
• If there are damages to the floor/furniture/props / V Flats, or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.
• The broken furniture leg damage fee is $200, floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-500 depending on the extent of the damage, and furniture damage is subject to a $100-500 damage fee.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
