The venue is an open loft with high ceilings and oversized industrial windows that deliver abundant, even daylight. The space pairs exposed brick and smooth rendered walls with timber parquet floors and curated modern furnishings.
Room features: On-site lighting equipment and a selection of backdrops support controlled photographic and video setups. Wi‑Fi and a PA system provide connectivity and audio playback for shoots and small activations.
Best for: Fashion and portrait photography, editorial and content shoots, lifestyle filming and small brand activations are well supported by the space.

• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• Please help us keep our light carpets looking clean and fresh by wearing indoor shoes.
• Our reception staff will visit the studio room 10 minutes prior to the end of your booking time to ensure that the room is left in its original condition.
• If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them.
• Please do not bring candles into the studio, unless they have glass coverings.
• Please do not use any dyes in the Sanctuary bathtub. Should there be, any stains found after your booking a $50-100 cleaning fee will be added to your booking.
• Floors/furniture need to be covered if you are doing a cake smash at the studio.
• No open flame, dry ice, sparkers or smoke machines are allowed at the studio.
• Please book an additional hour if you are bringing confetti, fake snow, or feathers into the studio space so that our team has sufficient time to vacuum the floors before the next booking.
• If there are damages to the floor/furniture/props / V Flats, or any other studio equipment, including extension cords during your booking, you will be asked to reimburse the cost of the damages.
• The broken furniture leg damage fee is $200, floor damage and deep scratches can range from $100-500 depending on the extent of the damage, and furniture damage is subject to a $100-500 damage fee.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
