About this space

The studio spans 6,500 sq ft and is designed to support large-scale productions. An 1,100 sq ft client area on the second floor overlooks the studio floor and includes a green room, full kitchen, and two washrooms, one of which features a shower. An additional washroom is located on the main floor.

The space offers 20-foot clear ceilings, a motorized 30' x 34' grid, an 18' x 14' cyclorama wall, and a 12-foot cube truck drive-in door for easy load-in.

Additional amenities include two on-site skyjacks, front and rear parking with free street parking nearby, an on-site EQ location service, and the option for complimentary gear drop-off and pickup.
