The Mise is a quiet cornerstone, designed to support events, productions, and creative shoots. Whether preparing for a banquet, coordinating an intimate dinner, or staging a photoshoot, this adaptable space ensures seamless preparation. Like all Howell Studios, it features an integrated ceiling grid system, offering versatility for creative setups and efficient workflows. Its practical layout allows it to meet the demands of what happens behind the scenes, providing steady support for what follows.
Prices
*We require a security deposit payment of $500 along with a Credit Card Authorization Agreement for your booking to push through. If it hasn't been paid 24 hours before your booked time at the latest, your booking is automatically cancelled without refund.
*The security deposit will be refunded as soon as it has been confirmed that the studio and building premises don’t have damages, missing items, and are left as found. We will get in touch to process the refund.

*Treat the studio as you would your own home. Please respect the space and be mindful of the neighbours.
*Arrive and leave promptly as scheduled to ensure a smooth experience for the next guest.
*Leave the space as you found it. Kindly return furniture and decor to their original positions to avoid being charged a cleaning fee.
*Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the space and anywhere in the building.
*The use of confetti, glitter, or any materials that are difficult to clean is strictly prohibited.
*Handle furniture and props with care. Any damages will be billed accordingly.
*Keep noise levels reasonable to maintain a peaceful environment.
*Dispose of excess garbage in the dumpster located in the parking area.
