About this space
The studio works well for food content, cooking demos, podcasts, interviews, photography, team meetings, and creative sessions. The furniture can be moved around for different setups, and the space already includes a rolling TV, dining and work tables, fast Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth jukebox.
Inside, there are two main rooms, a full show kitchen, two kitchenette areas, and a hidden vault-style room that adds something a little different for shoots, guest experiences, or brand activations.
The kitchen includes prep areas, a gas stove, sinks, and refrigeration, making it a good fit for chef demos, recipe testing, private dinners, and food shoots.
The studio also gets good natural light and includes heating, air conditioning, ground-level access, nearby parking, and cafés close by, which makes longer sessions more comfortable for guests and crews.
