Rules of the space

Host rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited in all Flex Point spaces. Violation may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund and permanent ban from the facility.

Alcohol consumption or distribution (unless pre-approved with special event licence)
Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco/cannabis products
Open flames, candles, incense, or fog machines
Hazardous, toxic, or flammable materials
Weapons of any kind
Amplified music beyond reasonable levels (as determined by Flex Point staff)
Overnight storage of personal belongings without written approval
Subletting, transferring, or reselling the booking to a third party
Any illegal activity
Use of the space for purposes not disclosed during booking
Exceeding the stated maximum occupancy for the space
Tampering with fire safety equipment, alarms, or exits
Attaching anything to walls, ceilings, or windows without approval (no nails, tape residue, etc.)

Flex Point reserves the right to end any booking immediately if noise levels, conduct, or activities disrupt neighbouring tenants, violate building rules, or create complaints from the landlord or surrounding community. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Renters are responsible for the conduct of all attendees and guests during their booking
Flex Point is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items or equipment brought onto the premises
Additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged if the space is not left in reasonable condition
Renters agree to comply with all building rules, fire codes, and safety requirements
Flex Point reserves the right to enter the space at any time for safety or operational reasons
Renters must report any damage or maintenance issues immediately to Flex Point staff
Use of the space is at the renter's own risk; Flex Point assumes no liability for personal injury unless caused by gross negligence.

Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
