Daily Availability & Access
You can reserve this workspace Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 4:30 PM. If you require access during a long weekend, please message the host directly to discuss options. All visiting attendees benefit from complimentary underground parking and a dedicated waiting area upon arrival.

The room functions as a highly adaptable environment for both professional business use and physical training.

Corporate & Educational: Works effectively for business meetings, seminars, and presentations holding up to 30 individuals.

Movement & Wellness: The floor plan easily accommodates yoga classes, fitness workshops, Taekwondo, and Karate.

Furniture Configuration: Your booking includes 8 tables and 20 chairs. You can push these to the side to clear the floor for physical activities, or bring in outside seating to reach the maximum 30-person limit.

Included Hardware & On-Site Support
A staffed reception desk remains active during your reservation to provide basic guidance. The space comes fully prepped for workshops and presentations, featuring:

A digital projector with an integrated speaker

A blank white wall dedicated to media projection or photoshoot backgrounds

A physical whiteboard complete with markers

Access to a small-job printer (strictly limited to 50 sheets per booking)

A complimentary drinking water dispenser

Catering & House Rules
Organizers are welcome to bring in outside snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. To protect the professional atmosphere of the building, social parties and celebrations are strictly prohibited. Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not allowed on the premises. We require all guests to clean up and return the room to its original condition prior to the scheduled handover time.
