Foundry Project was absolutely amazing, we hired the back space for my 40th birthday and it was just brilliant. The staff were so attentive, friendly and the food was delicious. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Amazing - really great venue. The perfect size and the staff were excellent. Super helpful. To be honest I can’t fault I’m really made up with how it went, we’re tempted to book the same place for Halloween next year!
Nothing about the room but the toilets could have been cleaner, no loo roll in any of them by around 9pm which wasn’t ideal.

Foundry Project is a contemporary, urban, industrial bar, restaurant and event venue, which was opened in November 2018.
Here the focus is on fun, great cocktails, and funky food.
Devouring burgers, polishing off pizzas, good-time people sharing margaritas. It’s affectionately become known as the happiest place in town!
From 11am till late daily, it is a Northern Quarter hub of choice for informal company events to all sorts of personal celebrations.
Whatever the occasion, for business, pleasure, or a bit of both, the Foundry Project team will tailor the perfect package to suit the needs of the client.
It is conveniently situated in the Smithfield Market Buildings in Manchester city centre’s bohemian Northern Quarter.
Private hire is available from 30 guests up to full venue hire for 400 guests. Semi private hire is also available for up to 40 guests.
Spaces available for hire for a variety of events, including parties, masterclasses, workshops and filming spaces. Spaces are flexible with movable furniture to accommodate all enquiries.
We are 0.3 miles from Victoria Station and 0.7 miles from Piccadilly Station.
