The Heathcote Hotel situated in Manchester's active central area near Piccadilly Station provides guests a one-of-a-kind experience that combines historical elements with modern-day luxury.

The building which houses the facility was built in 1899 as a textile factory and now operates as a Grade II-listed establishment with its historical architecture designed by Charles Heathcote who created the structure for Sparrow Hardwick & Company.

The architectural design of the building shows Jacobean-Baroque style through its high arched windows and decorative stonework which serves as a monument to Manchester's historic industrial heritage.
