We recently hosted our awards evening at the Iconic VIP Lounge and I couldn't be more thrilled with how the evening turned out. From the very beginning the communication was exceptional. The events team was attentive, efficient and incredibly helpful in ensuring the venue was ready and everything was in place ahead of time. A huge thank you to Justyna who went above and beyond to get the venue prepared a day before the event to do the final checks. Her support and professionalism leading up to the event gave our organisation a complete peace of mind - everything was ready to go! On the night itself the frontline staff were outstanding! They created a welcoming upbeat atmosphere and made sure our guests were well looked after throughout the evening. The venue itself brought an exciting and classy energy - lively, glamourous, and filled with positivity. The casino setting added a unique buzz that everyone loved giving the whole event a touch of Las Vegas right in Manchester! The service, setting and support were second to none. Thank you again to the amazing team and Greg for helping us create such a memorable night at the Icon Lounge!
