Beautiful private room upstairs for a 50th birthday party. With private bar. Sit down dinner. Staff amazing. Food great. Looked after us so well. Perfect venue for a private party.
Great venue, perfect for what we needed! Staff helpful and all went smoothly on the day.
Great venue for our Christmas dinner and drinks with kids in tow. It was a big space and so plenty of room for them to run around and adults to sit. Private bar was ideal and food was delicious.
The venue was beautiful, the room was bright and spacious! Another excellent thing was the food. The food was not your typical pub food, it was like a gastropub! The tuna nicoise was especially delicious, as was the apple crumble!
We had an event of 24 people for a sit down lunch and there was only one person serving us the food and drinks. It was very hard for her to be able to take everyone's drinks orders, make the drinks and also serve us our meal. This resulted in people not being able to order alcoholic drinks they wanted. It would be great to be able to have a second person helping on the day, even if it came at an extra cost!
