The location and size of the room, and the ability to set up tables/seating in multiple formats.
As a presentation/conference venue, the technology was poor - a projector and table top audio. The room was not set up as requested with the audio which delayed the start of our meeting by 35 minutes - a wasted cost of the room hire.
