Great space, super location
The meeting space was in a great location (Regent Street), the facilities were good, there was tea and coffee available and it offered a good meeting place.
The wifi was an open guest wifi which was not password protected. This meant that we were not able to use the wifi provided, for fear of using an unsecured network in a very busy area and we all had to hotspot from our phones for the whole day. I contacted reception and I contacted the company via their website, but the building manager couldn't do anything about it and I have not yet received a reply from the company.

We didn't use the room we booked as we were upgraded to Room 1 on the day which was lovely (But it would have helped to have prior notice to inform our guests) Friendly staff Nice, relaxed environment
MAC did not work with the TV screen Aircon was blowing too hard even on lowest fan setting Some snacks would be nice such as biscuits to go with coffee
