Overall a pleasant experience and would recommend, Avi (staff member) was very friendly and helpful. It had good amenities and facilities. The main heating was being repaired but we were provided heaters which were sufficient.

Wifi did go down once during the day which caused some inconvenience as we had online calls happening, it did get rectified relatively quickly.

Very friendly staff

Rooms arent sound proofed, and had to be moved. the new room was road side opposite a building site, no sound proofing. May aswell carried out the online presentation in a cafe.
