Avoid! This is an unprofessional set-up at every level. Do not book a room here! Is this a scam?
A highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory experience (details below). The promised full refund has not materialised. Do not book this venue! - I arrived at the appointed time to find the reception unmanned and no-one available to help me locate the room I had booked and paid for (Sir Frederick Room). - The telephone numbers displayed at reception and on my email confirmation all went straight to voicemail. - I spent over 30 minutes wandering around the building (security non-existent). Most of the upper floors appear to be derelict and unused. My meeting room was nowhere to be found. - My meeting could not take place, which was highly embarrassing to me personally and professionally. - I finally received a call from 'Jess Pardoe' around 3 hours after my meeting was due to start. She apologised and 'did not understand what had happened'. She promised me a full refund, which has not materialised, despite me sending a polite chasing email. - I am out of pocket and very unhappy. Really poor on every level.

The meeting room was very good and well equipped, as described.
We weren't sure which room in the building was the Sir Frederick Room and there was no one there. Also, we were not able to call on anyone on the three numbers provided.
