Absolutely perfect throughout the whole process! Communication was clear and prompt - Heidi, Dan, and Kristi were so lovely! I highly recommend the mezzanine for your next party, it was private while still having a lively atmosphere from the rest of the pub. The area was clean and spacious, with comfortable seating. The staff put out our drinks packages for our arrival and they were arranged beautifully. I cannot recommend enough!!
The only think I would suggest would be better drinks packages options!

I really liked the space - the staff were super helpful and really friendly! It was great to be able to use all of the mezzanine area.
We weren’t helped in a request to move any furniture around, and the drinks are super expensive.

The staff were so lovely and very chilled about us using the space - the space itself is perfect for birthdays 🎂 and really appreciate the affordable deposit which you get back at the end.
I think they did forget about the booking but it was no biggie because they were quick to rearrange the furniture for me and tell people to leave the area.
