Venue facilities, location, space and flexibility to decorate how we wished.
Major miscommunication on what equipment would need to be provided by the venue. Our DJ was unable to increase the volume beyond background music until we agreed to ‘rent’ a mixer which cost an extra £200. We had been informed previously that an XLR cable would be provided and that’s all he would need. Very nearly a disaster which we eventually resolved after 30 minutes mid-party.

'Augusta and her team were absolutely incredible when it came to organizing my 30th birthday party at Alberts - I hired the champagne bar for a 3 course dinner and dancing into the early hours and the planning and communication from Augusta and the events team is impeccable.
