Space was amazing, attendees were constantly complementing the room (we did get changed to the breakfast room). Staff on the day were extremely helpful and communication through TagVenue was prompt and helpful. They allowed advertising all over the hotel directing visitors to the event.

it was very easy to book and communicate with the venue, and a very good price. The teas, coffees and cakes were lovely, albeit the equipment was a bit clunky and old.
The staff were incredible friendly, but very disorganised. For some reason the keys for the room were not available, and nobody seemed to know which these should be, leaving us waiting outside the room for 15 minutes until someone could let us in. There was only 1 person manning reception and to address this we had to wait in a long line of people having their own issues.
As they couldn't give us a key, when we left for lunch we had to lock the door and ask to get access again - this took about 20 minutes and left us sat on the floor outside the room eating our lunch and after all these delays put our meeting back about 1 hour in total.
The room just looked very tatty with wires everywhere for the screen, the table was wonky and could have been made to look a bit better by lining it up with the screens.
