Reviews and ratings

The room was lovely, and the staff member, Olivia, who looked after us, was professional, helpful and eager to help. the catering was lovely and ample. the room layout was great and the tech worked perfectly. The views were amazing, although the windows were a bit steamed.
The only downside, and this is why the room scored lower than it should, is that the windows had leaked rather badly, the sills were puddled with water, and the room smelled very badly of damp. Olivia found us an air-freshener to help with the smell, but the room needs airing and a dehumidifier to make it habitable.
Central location
Poor facilities, old and run down venue. Chipping paint on walls; no aircon; poor quality ancient projector on a crooked stand; dry microwave pizza and chips for lunch. And most disturbingly, liquid was dripping from the ceiling in several places on a sunny day (so not rain water...). We have commented to staff that it is dripping into the electrical lights, but that didn't seem to stir them into any kind of noticeable action so we've just left two buckets in the room throughout the event to intercept the dripping liquid.
Staff absolutely incredible and SO useful. Venue is absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice.
Absolutely nothing, everything was perfect.
Room was awful. There was no screen in the room, staff were not helpful in trying to resolve the issue. They did apologize after though.
