Space was amazing, attendees were constantly complementing the room (we did get changed to the breakfast room). Staff on the day were extremely helpful and communication through TagVenue was prompt and helpful. They allowed advertising all over the hotel directing visitors to the event.

Great service from Olivia and Ash. They worked really hard to give us a wonderful wedding breakfast / reception, with a bespoke service. Great location in city centre with excellent waterfront view. Food was of a high quality and the service from the staff on the night was great.

The room was lovely, and the staff member, Olivia, who looked after us, was professional, helpful and eager to help. the catering was lovely and ample. the room layout was great and the tech worked perfectly. The views were amazing, although the windows were a bit steamed.
The only downside, and this is why the room scored lower than it should, is that the windows had leaked rather badly, the sills were puddled with water, and the room smelled very badly of damp. Olivia found us an air-freshener to help with the smell, but the room needs airing and a dehumidifier to make it habitable.
