Staff were lovely & event space was stunning and as described.
The only thing I would say is that there was a bar next door to the room which I was told would be used but no one was there and my guests had to continuously go back and forth from the main bar which was quite time-consuming for an event that was only 3 hours.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless blend of historic grandeur and modern elegance that defines the hotel. The meeting room itself was beautifully appointed spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, high-quality AV equipment, and comfortable seating that kept our team focused and engaged throughout the day. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything ran smoothly. From pre-meeting coordination to on-the-day support, they were proactive and accommodating at every step. The location is another major advantage! With a fab stylish bar to have a drink at afterwards! We pre ordered tea / coffee and pastries on arrival and sandwiches and chips for lunch, again seamless and on time! We have used a number of venues across Liverpool, this for us is the best! And that’s saying something as we work in travel and have the privilege of being hosted and hosting across many venues! Keep up the great work! You have a repeat customer in us!
