About Il Salotto

Il Salotto is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

A 300 sqm room on the fourth floor of a 1914 red sandstone warehouse in Glasgow's Merchant City — tall windows, real daylight, and a full working kitchen with a long dining table. The furniture is contemporary and design-led, and all of it moves, so the room strips back to bare warehouse or dresses right up: a gallery one day, a boardroom the next, a supper club after that.

There's also an 18 sqm boardroom for smaller meetings. Two lifts serve the building, so nothing comes up four flights by hand.

Book the room and you're dealing with one person, not an events team — Sara is usually on site and answers fast. Past hirers include Newton Property Group, World Netball and Citizens Advice Scotland, with more than half rebooking.
