The Mackintosh Tearooms is a Trusted Tagvenue Partner, validated by the Tagvenue team with a record of successful bookings on the platform.

The Mackintosh Tearooms can be found on Sauchiehall Street, at the heart of Glasgow city centre. You will discover a variety of beautiful spaces, each with their own character and unique design, including the famous Salon de Luxe. The tearooms were first opened by Miss Cranston in 1903 and were designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh in collaboration with his wife, Margaret Macdonald. The Mackintosh Tearooms is looked after and cared for by The National Trust for Scotland

This commission resulted in one of the most spectacular heritage attractions in the city, now known as The Mackintosh Tearooms. The jewel-like interior designs and the frontage pay testament to the unique vision of Mackintosh and Macdonald.


This is a city centre venue with both modern and historic spaces, which work as versatile meetings and events rooms.

With state-of-the-art AV, onsite exhibition, and cafe we have the perfect venue to host your next event.
