About this space

The main hall at Il Salotto: 300 sqm of open space on the fourth floor of a 1914 red sandstone warehouse, with tall windows and strong natural daylight all day. The furniture is contemporary and design-led, and all of it moves — so the room reads as a gallery, a lecture space or a dining room depending on how it's set.

Holds up to 180 standing, or 100 seated theatre-style or banquet. We've hosted product launches, board meetings, panel talks, supper clubs, film shoots and Christmas parties here.

Every booking includes an event manager on the day, AV, and furniture for up to fifty guests. There's a full working domestic kitchen for catering. Two lifts serve the building.

Located at 20 Bell Street in Glasgow's Merchant City — a short walk from Queen Street and High Street stations, with Q-Park a minute away.

If you want something unique this December, you've found it. Take over the whole room — no other parties, nobody sharing your evening — in a 300 sqm design showroom on the fourth floor of a 1914 Merchant City warehouse. Bring in your own caterer, or leave it in our hands in a full working kitchen built for it. Drinks are billed on what's actually drunk, not a minimum spend you have to hit before anyone's poured a glass. Two lifts up, Q-Park round the corner, five minutes from Queen Street and Central. A Christmas party nobody else in your office has been to before.
