Nest is a wellbeing studio in Glasgow’s East End, within the Brook Street Business Hub, created to support mothers, practitioners, and heart-led businesses in their work, whether you're guiding a movement class, holding a therapy session, or hosting a creative meeting. It is home to movement classes, play cafés, retreats, and workshops supporting pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the early years of parenting, and it features three distinct rooms—The Studio, The Snug, and The Study—where you’ll find flexibility, comfort, and community.
