About this space

Located on level 2, next to the Billiard Room, the Board Room is suited for numerous occasions. From meetings to brand launches, this flexible space allows for all. The state-of-the-art technology means that we will provide everything — gone are the days of memory sticks and cables! Simply log on to the Wi-Fi and you’re all set, ready for that big presentation.

We provide water and stationery in all our basic meeting room packages and our talented kitchen team is ready and waiting for when you need to refuel.

Each meeting space has been designed by BoConcept, who bring a modern contemporary vibe to the second floor. The wall-length map of Glasgow in 1901 links the old and the new, connecting the original Willow Tea Rooms building with the new meeting spaces and retail store.

The boardroom was exactly what we were looking for. Communication beforehand was excellent, as were the staff onsite during our visit. Very good value for money. We would definitely use this space again!
We booked from 9am but the tearooms weren't open to the public yet, so getting into the building was a little inconvenient, especially as we didn't arrive as a group and it was raining. I may have missed some information about this in prior communications though.

We had our small civil wedding ceremony here, and the team was absolutely lovely, especially Elinor, who helped me every step of the way and patiently answered all of my questions. They arranged the room exactly how I wanted it and took care of everything, which made our special day so much less stressful. I would definitely recommend this venue—beautiful location, fair prices, and fantastic service.
