About Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery

Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.

Bristol and Bath Rum Distillery is a working rum distillery and bar that combines on-site spirit production with a hands-on spirit school and an in-house kitchen.

Venue highlights: An on-site spirit school runs interactive workshops where participants blend, distil and bottle personalised rum creations. A bar stocked with the distillery’s own spirits supports cocktail-led receptions and structured tastings. An in-house kitchen provides catering for private hires and includes an extensive vegan menu.

Best for: Interactive tasting workshops and experiential team-building; cocktail-led receptions and drinks events; small private celebrations and milestone dinners.

Location: Park Street sits on a busy city-centre hill lined with cafés, bars and independent shops. The area provides several nearby options for guests to continue the evening after an event.

What guests say: The rum school delivers a hands-on, guided blending and bottling experience that finishes with a wax-sealed bottle to take home. The team provides knowledgeable, energetic instruction and maintains lively, well-paced cocktail tastings during sessions.
