Built in 1885 by John Fletcher and meticulously preserved within the American Family Living estate, our Victorian manor sits just north of the Orange Circle at 1774 N. Glassell Street a genuine piece of Southern California history that serves as the backdrop for the moments that matter most. Brick stone courtyards, heritage trees draped in bistro lights, a trickling fountain, and the warm glow of string lights at golden hour: this is what "venue" looks like when it has a soul.

Fletcher Courtyards features two distinct outdoor courtyards designed to flow seamlessly into one another. Host your ceremony in our intimate courtyard chairs set in rows, an open sky overhead, and a setting that lets the moment speak for itself then open the doors to the larger reception courtyard where your guests will dine, dance, and celebrate beneath the lights. The estate also includes a Bridal Suite, Groom's Room, and Living Room inside the Victorian manor, giving your wedding party a private retreat from the moment the day begins.

We accommodate up to 180 guests and offer a fully open vendor policy bring your own caterer, photographer, florist, and DJ, or work with our coordinator to build your vendor team. Bar service, event coordination, décor packages, security, and specialty rentals are all available on-site. Our experienced event staff handles setup, teardown, and cleanup of all FC items so you walk away with nothing but memories.

Fletcher Courtyards hosts weddings and receptions, Quinceañeras, corporate events, birthday celebrations, baby and bridal showers, graduation parties, baptisms, anniversary milestones, photo shoots, Celebrations of Life, fundraisers, and more.
