The heart of Fletcher Courtyards is our expansive main courtyard a brick-paved outdoor reception space wrapped in heritage trees strung with warm bistro lights, romantic twinkle lighting along the walkways, and a trickling fountain that sets the ambiance before a single guest arrives. Set beneath an open sky on the grounds of the historic 1885 Fletcher Estate, this is where Orange County celebrations come alive.

The courtyard accommodates up to 180 guests with a full banquet layout: 15 round guest tables with 10 chairs each, a dedicated dance floor area, DJ setup zone, sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, and a covered catering station. White or black table linens, centerpieces, and napkins are included. Padded resin chair upgrades available.

Bar service (beer, wine, hard seltzers, pre-mixed cocktails) is available as an add-on, staffed by AFL/FC certified bar staff. The space includes access to a commercial refrigerator, ice machine, and 5 on-site restrooms.

Setup access begins 2–3 hours before your event start time. On-site staff handles all FC item setup, teardown, and cleanup.
