Host rules
Overtime- overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. In case of overtime, the stay will be charged in half-hour increments at the rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
Cleaning and Damages- Our guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it. The space should be respected and we appreciate that guests leave the space well-kept. Any equipment or rentals brought in must be removed by the end of the booking.
Furniture- Please, let us know prior if you need to move elements in the space to suit your event requirements.
Other:
There is no smoking allowed in the space.
No glitter or confetti can be used.
No open flame or frying is allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
