Floor plan must be approved be gallery representative in advance of event.
No alteration of the shown art.
A representative of the gallery will remain onsite to monitor the art. This representative will not participate in or interfere with event proceedings.
Noise must be contained so that building tenants are not disturbed.
No animals allowed.
If food or beverage containers are brought in, guest must bring liners to protect the furniture and floor beneath the food and beverage.
Any waste beyond what can reasonably fit in the six host-provided kitchen sized bins must be removed by the guest. Guests are welcome to bring additional waste bins to accommodate the needs of their event.
After an event, the space must be left for the host as it was presented at the start of the rental.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
