Michelle Thomas Fine Art Gallery + Studio is a combined fine-art exhibition space and creative studio that presents curated gallery shows alongside hands-on studio programming.
Design: The interior uses white-painted walls, high ceilings with track lighting, and warm wood-effect floors to create a clean, contemporary gallery environment. The plan is open and uncluttered, with simple seating and clear sightlines for artworks and presentations.
Features: The venue provides a PA system and speakers, permits own music and external DJs subject to noise restrictions, and includes Wi‑Fi and air conditioning. Step-free access and wheelchair-accessible toilets support guest mobility, and the space offers natural daylight, blank presentation walls and an open-plan floor that can be rearranged for displays or receptions.
Ideal for: Artists, creative groups and small professional teams are best suited to relaxed, social receptions or workshop- and lecture-style gatherings in a gallery setting.
What sets it apart: An on-site studio doubles as a small theatre and classroom, enabling live performances and artist-led workshops to run alongside exhibition programming.

Floor plan must be approved be gallery representative in advance of event.
No alteration of the shown art.
A representative of the gallery will remain onsite to monitor the art. This representative will not participate in or interfere with event proceedings.
Noise must be contained so that building tenants are not disturbed.
No animals allowed.
If food or beverage containers are brought in, guest must bring liners to protect the furniture and floor beneath the food and beverage.
Any waste beyond what can reasonably fit in the six host-provided kitchen sized bins must be removed by the guest. Guests are welcome to bring additional waste bins to accommodate the needs of their event.
After an event, the space must be left for the host as it was presented at the start of the rental.
