East Wing is a hall in The Academy, a rectangular, columned flat-floor space defined by clear proportions and abundant daylight.
Design: The interior is minimal, with white-painted walls, exposed ceiling ductwork and globe pendant lights. The floor is warm-planked wood and the room includes recessed shelving and potted greenery.
Features: The room provides a PA system and integrated speakers, complimentary Wi‑Fi, and permission to play your own music or bring a DJ. The space has step-free access, wheelchair-accessible toilets nearby, and a freestanding lectern for presentations.
Ideal for: Community arts groups and presenters who need a focused, seated presentation or low-key performance in an accessible, formal-feeling room.
What sets it apart: An in-room grand piano allows live acoustic performance without external instrument hire.

Cost components are: space rental (hourly), cleaning fee, required beverage package (see below - per person, per hour), sales tax, gratuity, plus any add-ons or entertainment provided in-house. We may also charge additional fees for outside food vendors, last-minute bookings, or other requests outside our typical offerings.
