Located within the Brucato Distillery, the main dining room at Bar Brucato offers exceptional craft cocktails showcasing the amaros, spirits, and liqueurs made in the distillery, and a full menu of Mediterranean-Californian dishes that celebrate local ingredients and unexpectedly-delicious flavor combinations.
As you walk through the airy and plant-filled atrium and up to Bar Brucato, you will be transported into a warm and beautiful space decorated with natural materials - leathers, woods, and stone - with a green-tiled full bar as the backdrop. The space seats 25 at tables, plus another 15 at bar height. If you combine this with The Lab, our PDR space, seating expands to 60 people. Standing cocktail receptions are also possible for larger groups.

Our cocktails highlight natural, minimally processed ingredients selected for their exceptional depth and unique ability to define California's iconic landscapes through taste. We take the same approach in our kitchen, with menus that change often and where guests are invited to return for occasions big and small.
