The venue is compact and centred on a private, sunlit courtyard edged with mixed planting and a reed privacy screen; paved paths and a timber-clad wall provide contrasting textures and intimate outdoor backdrops.
Room features: Reliable Wi‑Fi supports tethered capture and image transfer. Step-free access, wheelchair access and accessible toilets allow crew and talent requiring mobility assistance to work on site.
Best for: Portrait and lifestyle photography, small-scale product stills and short-form video production.
What sets it apart: A built-in PA system and speakers provide on-site audio playback and announcements.

-Photographer: $70.00/hour (Hire a member of the Cool Girl Connection team to shoot your product or creative project at the OB Time Machine).
We have a very strict checkout policy. Please give yourself plenty of time to load into and out of the property. We are happy to extend your booking if needed however, to avoid additional fees the booking extension request must be received no less than 20 minutes before your checkout time. Any guest remaining inside or on the property grounds after the checkout time will be charged in 30-minute increments at a fee of 1.5x the hourly rate.
*For example, if your rental is $100 per hour and you stay 1 hour over, you will be charged $150. (1.5x hourly rate). All charges will be added in 30-minute increments. This means anyone staying over their check-out time(even if it’s only 5 minutes past) will be charged for 30 minutes.

Many of the items in the OB Time Machine are one-of-kind and cannot be replaced. Please treat them with respect. You are welcome to use our decorations but please put them back where they belong and in the same condition that they were found in. Any items that are damaged or missing will result in additional fees.
Be gentle with our plants. They mean a lot to us.
No pets,
No more than 10 people at one time,
No shoes inside,
No sexual and/or overly explicit projects,
No food/beverages that may stain the carpet,
No glitter,
No oil or lotions on furniture,
No loud music(feel free to enjoy some music but please respect our neighbors).
