In case you need a camera, the venue manager should be able to provide you with one and set it up according to your needs. Most photo studios also have basic props, such as chairs, stools, tables, and ladders for you to use during the shoot.
In most cases, you won’t get a full refund when canceling your booking at the last minute. Whenever you book a place, you have to sign a contract where the cancellation policy is noted. You can always try talking to the venue manager and explaining the situation. But once you’ve set the date and booked the venue, we advise you not to cancel your reservation.
