Host rules

• All skating guests must complete a digital waiver before entering the rink. Socks are required when using rental skates.
• Only guests wearing skates may enter the skating surface. Non-skating guests are welcome to enjoy the designated seating and patio areas.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• Outside food, catering, cakes, and decorations are welcome with advance coordination. Please discuss vendor access and setup needs with our team before your event.
• No confetti, glitter, silly string, or balloons.
• Alcohol is not available for purchase from Ringer's at Seaport Village. Any alcohol service for private events must be arranged in advance through an approved, properly licensed catering provider.
• The Waterfront Patio is a separate event space and must be specifically included in your reservation for exclusive use.
• Decorations and equipment must not damage the rink, fencing, furniture, or surrounding property. All items brought in must be removed at the end of the event.
