A working craft brewery converted into an open-plan industrial event venue defined by high ceilings, exposed trusses and an unobstructed floorplate.
Design: The interior is warehouse-style with exposed steel rafters, polished concrete floors and reclaimed-wood and metal finishes that create a functional, unfussy look. Large open spans and high windows keep the room bright and breathable.
Features: The venue has a long central bar, movable communal tables and barrel-top cocktail tables, and a clear open floor that can be arranged for dining, dancing or staging. The venue includes a PA system and speakers, allows outside DJs and own music, provides step-free access and accessible toilets, and supports onsite event services and delivery.

Venue booking:
The Main Hall and Breezway are included in all bookings. It is impossible to rent Outdoor Pavillion or Barrel Room without booking The Main Hall.
Catering:
Devil's Canyon keeps a robust list of local, vetted, and preferred vendors and will send you a current list upon request. ​Outside vendors must be approved by Devil's Canyon and submit required documentation such as business licenses, proof of insurance, etc. We are happy to provide more details depending on the type of vendor you'd like to book. It is the event host's responsibility to ensure all vendor documentation is submitted to Devil's Canyon in a timely manner, before the event date.
Decoration:
We keep the venue rather sleek in terms of decor and branding so you can customize the look and feel of your event however you'd like. We have some sensible stipulations about permanent changes, fire-based decorations, glitter, adhesives, etc., but for the most part, if you can dream it you can do it.
Beverages:
ALL alcoholic products onsite must be acquired by DCBC and served by DCBC Staff. Neither hosts nor guests are permitted to BYOB. We'll happily work with you in supplying additional items outside our regular drink services, however, absolutely no hard alcohol (spirits) is allowed on the premises. We are a full-production brewery, and our supplier-side regulations differ from bars, restaurants, and other venue types.
Children:
Well-behaved children and young adults are welcome. Service animals are certainly permitted. We ask that children under 12 are supervised. No alcohol may be served to people under the legal drinking age of 21.
Animals:
Service animals are certainly permitted. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome as long as they are kept on a 6-foot-or-shorter leash at all times. Other animals are not permitted on the premises.
