About this space
The State Room is the perfect venue for your wedding reception or celebration in the San Francisco Bay Area. The warm interior adds a traditional feeling to any event with the vintage architecture warmly reminding of things that last.
The State Room can accommodate up to 320 guests in the main room and bar area. Features include a 900 square foot parquet dance floor, an elevated stage, a full commercial kitchen, and upholstered chairs and tables.
Prices
$300 refundable cash security deposit
$200/hour for events continuing past 12am
$450 for round tables instead of rectangular tables
$5.00 per rental chair with pad
- To reserve a date, we require a $500.00 deposit at the time of booking that is deducted from the total cost of the rental. The balance is due two weeks before the event.
- The State Room comes with rectangular tables and chairs, which are available for you to set up however you like. We also offer ROUND tables for an additional cost of $450.00.
- The Chiavari Tiffany chairs come in dark gold, bright silver, or clear acrylic. The rental of the chairs includes free set up and removal. The cost per chair is $5.00. All chairs include a 2” padded seat cushion at no charge. For any booking made after Dec 1st, 2023 no outside chair rentals will be permitted.

Host rules
1. No smoking is allowed indoors.
2. We only book one party per day.
3. We do expect you or your caterer to clear the tops of all the tables, keep the kitchen floor, sink and stove free of major spills. We will provide garbage cans and trash bags.
