Up to 300 friends, colleagues, or party people can fill the hall, which can swap between banquets, cocktails, shows, or free-flow fun.

* No smoking indoors or outdoors anywhere on the property.
* Alcohol may only be served by a licensed and insured bartending service. All guests must present valid ID if requested, and no one under 21 may be served.
* Alcohol may not be taken off the premises and cannot be provided to intoxicated guests.
* No outside alcohol distribution or sales are permitted.
* No live animals are allowed, except for service animals.
* Guests may only use the first floor of the venue; access to the second floor is not permitted.
* All decorations and event setups must be pre-approved in advance.
* All items, including decorations, props, rentals, and personal belongings, must be removed at the end of the event.
* The venue does not provide storage and will not be responsible for items left behind.
* Event staff from the venue will not be present during the event.
