About this space

The studio is a low-ceiling rectangular training space with rubber training flooring and a wall-length mirror along one side. Daylight enters through a glazed frontage, producing even natural light but offering limited blackout control.

Room features: PA speakers allow music playback and audio cueing for rehearsed sessions and guided shoots. Freestanding punch bags, mats and free weights are available, and on-site storage holds props and small crew kit.

Best for: Fitness and movement photography and video, including workout class capture, coached-session filming and small-scale training or boxing shoots.
