Booking Times: Your reservation includes setup and breakdown. Please arrive and exit within your scheduled time to respect others.
Occupancy Limits: Maximum of 5 - 15 people, depending upon venue choice, unless prior arrangements are made.
Noise: Maintain a respectful volume to avoid disturbing others.
Furniture and Décor: Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position. Handle furnishings, artwork, and décor with care to avoid damage, which may incur charges.
Cleanliness: Leave the suite as found. Remove all personal items and trash; cleaning supplies are available for touch-ups.
Food & Beverages: Light refreshments are allowed; clean spills immediately. Alcohol requires prior approval.
Photoshoot Rules
Equipment: Use protective padding on all equipment to prevent floor damage. Secure cords to avoid tripping hazards.
Props & Wardrobe: Props and outfits must be clean. Glitter, confetti, smoke machines, or open flames are prohibited.
Outdoor Photography: Limited to the interior unless pre-approved.
