Studio Policies
- No animals or tobacco products are allowed at Audeoboi Studios.
- Files are only stored for 7 days; bring a hard drive or request digital transfer after your session.
Booking and Payments
- A 50% deposit is required to book and hold a session.
- Remaining balances must be paid before the session begins.
- Sessions cannot start until payment clears; arrive 15 minutes early to stay on schedule.
- For multi-day bookings, full balance is due on the first day.
- Some multi-day bookings may require full non-refundable payment upfront.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made through Audeoboi management and confirmed by email to be valid.
- Late cancellations, reschedules outside allowed timeframes, and no-shows will be fully billed.
- Refunds are considered case-by-case and must be approved by management.
