About this space
This version of the studio has wood has no poles. It has floors, white walls, and a dark ceiling with exposed vents. Mirrors run along one wall. There’s no pole in the room. The layout is open, with space for group sessions, classes, or movement work.
A large front window brings in daylight. Benches and stools sit near the sides. It is perfect for small events, rehearsals or creative work.

• Any Dance/Fitness/Pole Activities require signing of Liability Waiver of all instructors & participants
• No smoking of any kind. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, hookah, marijuana, etc.
• No pets allowed
• No Subletting allowed. The person who completed the booking is required to be onsite for the duration of the event. Violation of this is grounds for immediate cancellation of booking.
• All set up and breakdown time must be included in the booking time.
• All outside rentals must include setup and teardown time
• Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
• Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
• Host must be over the age of 25 to book. Valid ID is required at time of booking.
• Any chairs or tables removed from downstairs must be returned back downstairs. If not returned, additional fees will be charged.
• No children's parties under the age of 12.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
