About this space
The 10,000-square-foot event hall, Suite 511, opened in May 2024, allows different event types to be organized through its open design, which provides sufficient space for dining areas, decorative elements, vendor stations, and photography locations. The building design enables easy guest reception because it connects to restrooms and mall facilities, which improve visitor access throughout the entire space.
The building maintains a comfortable temperature throughout the year while its modern design elements create a space that can be transformed to match any desired theme. The modern hall provides a complete space solution because it combines large spaces with easy access and flexible design, which enables the successful execution of all types of events.

Host rules
1. Financial and Legal Policies
• DAMAGE WAIVER FEE: We require a refundable Damage Waiver Fee ($500) to cover potential damages.
• Rental Period: Your "hours" typically include setup and teardown. If your event ends at 10:00 PM but you are still cleaning at 10:30 PM, we will charge an overtime fee.
• Liability Insurance: We require you to purchase a "one-day" event insurance policy (naming the venue as "additionally insured") to cover accidents or injuries.
• Cancellation & Force Majeure: Policies vary, but many retainer fees are non-refundable. A "Force Majeure" clause outlines what happens if the event is canceled due to acts of God (natural disasters, etc.).
2. Decoration and Setup Rules
To protect the integrity of the building, we are very strict about "leave no trace" policies:
• The "No-Go" List: strictly prohibits glitter, confetti, rice, birdseed, and silly string because they are difficult to clean.
• Wall Protection: You are forbidden from using nails, staples, No Glue, or heavy-duty tape.
Blue painter’s tape or Command hooks are often the only allowed adhesives.
• No Open Flames: Real candles are banned due to fire codes;
LED "flicker" candles are the standard alternative.
• Furniture: We provide only tables and chairs, but you are responsible for returning them to their original storage location unless you pay a "setup/strike" fee.
Any other FURNITURE MUST BE RENTED. It’s not Free.
3. Conduct and Safety
• Alcohol Policies: "BYOB" for public events. Alcohol usually must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.

• Noise Ordinances:
Stop music at 2:00 a.
• Capacity Limits: These are strictly enforced by fire marshals. Exceeding the guest count can result in the immediate shutdown of your event. Only the amount stated on your guest count.
• Smoking:
100% smoke-free indoors. Some also prohibit vaping.
4. Cleaning Expectations:
• All trash is bagged and moved to a designated dumpster.
• Floors are swept of major debris
