Inside, a tented banquet area faces the lake. It blends indoor comfort with outdoor views . You’ll also spot a cozy bunker‑style room tucked on-site . The whole estate is private to you all day. From morning setup to late‑night send‑off

Host rules
Trash and Recycling: Guests must adhere to recycling rules. Improper disposal may result in fines.
Valuables: Items left overnight must be retrieved by 10:00 AM the next day. The Estate at Eagle Lake is not liable for lost or stolen items.
Shot Policy: Shots or neat drinks are prohibited by bartenders to maintain guest safety.
Pets: Dogs are welcome but must be supervised and kept off the lawn. Other pets require prior approval.
Sparklers: Limited to 10 individuals for safety. Must be held aloft and away from faces.
Real Flower Petals: Allowed outdoors; artificial petals are prohibited due to cleanup difficulties.
Confetti, Glitter, and Open Candles: Not allowed to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Outdoor Setups: Catering and bar stations must be placed on solid surfaces to protect lawns and landscaping.
Outside DJs must visit Eagle Lake beforehand and provide insurance documentation.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
