Expansive south-east-facing, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with soft natural light, highlighting its rich textures and tones throughout the day. The decor pairs a modern curved sofa, woven chairs, and oversized terracotta vases — including a large vase with an olive tree — for a warm, inviting feel, while a styled desk-and-chair branding corner adds an extra layer of versatility.
Beyond photography, Terra is a beautiful setting for intimate events and private celebrations — birthdays, showers, engagement dinners, and cocktail gatherings — and an on-brand backdrop for brand pop-ups, trunk shows, and PR activations, where labels can style the space as their own. Prices
Regular Studio Set-Up (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM):
On weekdays, the regular studio set-up rate is $150 per hour. On weekends, the rate remains $150 per hour for all booking durations.
Studio Use During Installation (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM):
The rate for studio use during installation is $160 per hour on weekdays. On weekends, the rate is also $160 per hour for all time blocks.
After Hours Bookings (8:00 PM – 8:00 AM):
For weekday bookings during after hours, the rate is $250 per hour.
