The Club offers the complete nightlife environment, with a full-service bar, multiple VIP areas, stages, DJ booth, sound system, TVs, built-in nightlife lighting, private areas, and multiple distinct backdrops throughout the venue. Its flexible layout works equally well for a private party, high-energy celebration, music video, film production, brand activation, release party, or large-scale nightlife event.

HOST & COLLABORATE WITH US
ONE is more than a rental space—we are an operating nightclub with an established nightlife audience. Hosts, promoters, brands, artists, and event organizers may also inquire about bringing an event or party to ONE during regular club operations.
This option allows you to bring your concept, promotion, guest list, or audience into an active nightlife environment rather than starting with an empty venue. Depending on the event, we’re open to exploring collaborative arrangements involving promotion, admission, table reservations, bottle service, bar service, and other event-specific opportunities.

Host rules
We want you and your guests to enjoy the space, have fun, and make it your own for your event. We simply ask that the venue and its features be treated with care.
• Damage: The renter is responsible for any damage to the building, venue, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other property resulting from the event, guests, vendors, or event setup/removal. Any resulting repair or replacement costs will be the renter’s responsibility.
• Decorations & Installations: Temporary decorations, set designs, and installations are welcome, provided they are fully removable and do not cause permanent damage or alterations to the venue. The renter is responsible for any damage resulting from the installation, event, or removal of décor or set pieces.
• Alcohol: All alcohol and bar service must be provided and managed by our in-house team. Outside alcohol and self-service are not permitted.
